Employment Opportunity with Campus Europae
The European University Foundation Campus Europae (EUF-CE) is a network of European universities which seeks to intensify the exchange of students and scholars among their institutions. It is supported by the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. At present the network comprises 17 member universities in 15 European countries. The EUF head office consists of 5 members.
EUF-CE wishes to recruit an Office Manager/ Project Coordinator (m/f)
Main tasks will be:
- General co-ordinating functions of the Luxembourg office
- Central contact person for EUF-CE member universities
- Organsation of and participation in the EUF-CE conferences and meetings
- Preparing and ongoing control of budget and finances
- Participation in projects
Applicants should:
- be responsible, conscientious, reliable and flexible, and have an ability to develop and manage a central office effectively and efficiently
- be willing to assume new tasks
- have high-level commitment
- have good oral and written communications skills
- have a very good (near-native) command of spoken and written English; good command of German and/or French
- have above average knowledge of Microsoft Office
- possess a valid driver’s licence
- at least five years work experience
A University degree will be an asset.
