On the 10th and 11th of December the Campus Europae Student Council convened in Örebro where elections took place to find a President and Vice President. Elected President was Ms. Natasha Gajic from the University of Novi Sad and Mr. Michal Skrezk of the University of Lodz. The Campus Europae Student Council President and Vice President would seek to build upon the solid foundations laid by their outgoing predecessors President Ms. Katharina Miller and Vice President Mr. Kestutis Jasiulevicius. The newly elected Presidency thanked them for their sterling efforts within Campus Europae during their terms of office and expressed their best wishes to both.

Other outcomes of the meeting included the implementation of a coherently structured mentor system whereby student representatives shall be able to advise and assist all outgoing and incoming Campus Europae movers, to resolve to utilize the new intranet on the CE website in order to improve communication between members as well as using the on line forum to swap useful data. The Campus Europae Student Council is also encouraging all member universities to keep up their commitment to the goal of realising the Campus Europae global action plan of 1000 students by 2008 and calls for continued support and cooperation among student representatives and stakeholders throughout the network.
